A Delicious Recipe You'll Want to Commit to Memory


Everyone has a delicious recipe that's so easy, you can make it by heart. This Bean and Vegetable Dip is one of those go-to recipes that's so delicious and easy to prepare, you'll want to commit it to memory.  

Need an appetizer for Thanksgiving dinner, or something to serve at a party or to last minute guests?  This is the perfect dish!  Enjoy it with corn chips as a dip, or you'll also love it as a salad.

My favorite corn chips to serve with it is Tostitos, Hint of Lime. Around the holidays I keep the ingredients on hand so I always have something quick to prepare when I need.


Bean and Vegetable Dip

1 package Good Seasons Italian Dressing - mixed according to directions on package.
Drain and Rinse:
1 can black beans
1 can white beans
1 can corn
Chop:
1 green pepper
3 tomatoes (I like to use 5 Roma tomatoes)
1 bunch green onions
Mix all together, sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.  Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
Enjoy!
